Our Program

The first step is a psychometric assessment for each student that is standardized and validated over 1,00,000+ students pan India. This assessment includes evaluation of 10 Aptitudes, 28 varied personality traits and their respective interests. Based upon their reports, students are provided personalized guidance through online counselling where their report is explained and our recommendations for subjects/stream is also shared.

SN Mentoring has successfully conducted bulk counsellings of over 1000 students in various schools all over India.

Overview of Process

We start by administering a psychometric assessment for each student that is standardized and validated over 1,00,000+ students pan India. This assessment evaluates students based on 10 Aptitudes, 28 varied personality traits and their respective interests. Then based upon their reports, students are provided personalized guidance through online counselling where their report is explained and our recommendations for subjects/stream is also shared.

It evaluates 10 key aptitudes, analyzes 28 personality traits, and allows students to explore preferences across 250+ career interests.
