Some of the challenges this framework solves are – We start by a Psychometric test which is standardized and validated after the counsellings then SN Mentoring evaluates their aptitudes and Intrests. MICRO-EXPERIMENTS’ STAGES
In this stage detailed analysis of the client is done. In the Micro-Experiments framework, this is called “Pre-Mentorship Analysis”.This is done primarily in 3 ways including the 2 methods stipulated by the “Step Zero” career counselling framework Based on detailed assessment, appropriate plans are planned for the different tracks of proficiency development under the mentorship service.
The framework consists of 3 proficiency tracks of mentorship. Each track aims to develop proficiency in client’s profile. Each track aims to work and achieving multiple goals. These tracks are as followsy in career-related decisions.

This track aims at academic performance of the client. This works on success and failure of a student in any particular subject and then map the possible
reasons for failure.
This track aims at working and getting skill in multiple areas for realistic achievable goals. A detailed analysis of the client’s current and past performance is analysed with an aim to understand reasons for success and failure, consistency in multiple activities and overall performance. This analysis is then mapped onto the client’s current performance orientation and future goals.
These proficiency tracks updates the client profile something that Outshine the Resume.
